🌳 Our Mission

Forest Shield was created to document the global deforestation crisis — with scientific rigour, data transparency, and a commitment to covering both the problem and the solutions. We draw on data from Global Forest Watch, FAO, WWF, and IPCC to make forest science accessible to everyone.
